The Portobello and Craigmillar ward includes the communities of Portobello, Brunstane, Newcraighall, Magdalene, Joppa, Bingham, Durhams, Niddrie and Craigmillar.

Stalls

Fortnightly stalls between 11am and 1pm,  alternating between the White House in Craigmillar and the Bank of Scotland on Portobello High Street.

Social Meetings at The Skylark on Portobello High Street at 8pm, second Wednesday of the month.

The team is currently focussed on getting the area’s first Green Councillor, with local resident Mary Campbell as the candidate. She is a Community Councillor, is on the board of Action Porty, working to bring the church building on Bellfield Street into community ownership, and is active in various community groups, including the Village Fair Committee, and the local Timebank. We are made up of Green Party members and other community activists living in the Portobello and Craigmillar ward area of Edinburgh. We have fortnightly stalls which alternate between Portobello and Craigmillar, and keep ourselves busy with meetings, campaigns and socials.
