Over the past month and a half we have delivered tens of thousands of leaflets, knocked on thousands of doors, buddied candidates to countless hustings, staffed polling stations, fundraised, and massively grown our social media presence too. It’s been a fantastic team effort and that’s all been down to everyone who helped.
UK wide, the picture is bleak. But we can be proud that in Edinburgh we fought a good campaign, pushing other parties to be stronger on action on climate change, to be kinder when talking about all things Brexit and migration and to be fairer when talking about the inequalities which exist across society. We are proud that Greens have been in the room, standing up for those values this election.
