Councillors Report For May

Edinburgh’s Green Group of Councillors have released their report to members on their activities over the past month.

There was consternation after the Council’s licensing board allowed another alcohol-selling outlet against strong public objections, and Nigel Bagshaw highlighted “bogus” figures being used to justify building on greenbelt land. Plus, why does the Council have to spend public money on the St James Centre renovation when the developer will make a massive profit?
