2017 local election: selection hustings

At Edinburgh Greens we’re well into the selection process for the 2017 local elections.  This process will decide who our councillors are until 2022!

Every member gets a vote, and to help you decide who you’d like to see standing under the Green banner next May we’ve arranged a series of hustings where you can meet and question the candidates.  There will be one branch-wide hustings on 8th August, and then a series of local hustings arranged by our local teams to consider candidates for their wards.  You can find a list of these meetings below.

Monday 8th August, 7.30pm St Thomas of Aquins High School, Chalmers Street. (Facebook event here)
This meeting will cover the whole branch.  There will also be an opportunity to meet candidates more informally at our August branch meeting on Thursday 25th, 7.30, at the same venue.
