Mary Campbell was the Green Councillor for Portobello/Craigmillar between 2017 and 2021.
Prior to her election, Mary worked for an arts charity, having previously worked as a learning assistant in Edinburgh primary schools.
She was a board member of Action Porty, the group that completed the first successful urban community buy out. Mary lives in Portobello with her partner and two young children.
