Leith & Leith Walk sub-branch AGM
Leith & Leith Walk Greens recently became a sub-branch of the Scottish Green Party, which reflects our active membership.
Come along to the AGM on 13 September and help shape our future. Please consider standing for a committee position, to be elected at AGM – it’s a great way to get more involved in developing the work and prominence of Greens in the local area, and you’ll be playing a vital role in making sure we work more effectively as a team. Email leith@edinburghgreens.org.uk for details.
Want to be more involved but not on the committee? You don’t have to come to meetings or be on the committee to get involved. We’re always looking for people to help out on stalls and at fundraising events; to help with delivering newsletters, canvassing, photography and writing newsletter articles. And if you have an idea for a project, event or action which supports the Green message, we’d like to hear more.
Starts at 7pm at Leith Community Education Centre (room TBC).
Directions: up the stairs outside Lidl in the Kirkgate shopping centre.
Children welcome.
