The downstairs of The Crannie, where the reception area is located, is completely step-free, and has accessible bathrooms. The upstairs area has a ground level entrance that is directly onto the street, however Cranston Street is a steep street and this gradient means that on one side of the door, there is a step that measures 12cm in height at its greatest point. This means it is not fully wheelchair accessible. There is an accessible bathroom. This level has the Glass Room, Village Hall and Kitchen.
