James Puchowski is the Green candidate for Edinburgh West in the 2024 General Election.

Edinburgh West needs an voice at Westminster that does more to raise the challenges posed by the climate emergency, that offers a green and worker-led vision of an independent Scotland, and builds on the successes of green achievements in our co-operation with the Scottish Government.

This year, millions of voters across Scotland will have the opportunity to vote for a Scottish Green candidate, and I ask for your support and to join me in our campaign.

I am a 29-year-old linguist and translator and have lived in Edinburgh for 10 years, having originally come from England.

During our national campaign, I will be a strong voice on issues faced by Edinburgh’s LGBT+ community, disabled people, students and young people.
